The mental health Act of 1983 identifies mental health as a major health issue and proposes a treatment for all people living with the problem. Old people living with HIV are prone to discrimination resulting in mental distress. There are different opinions on the widely used practice of hiring contingent/contract employees by mid-level and large corporations. Companies are now more than ever using workers that are hired either on a temporary, contingent, or contractual basis. Contingent work is not new nor is efforts by workers to regulate it.

It can be poverty does have a link to crime rates but it is not the sole reason for crime in society. As mentioned earlier there are various other reasons such as urbanization, racial differences, unemployment, globalization, etc. In addition, crime is also linked to the increasing incidences of drug and alcohol abuse, mental disturbances, emotional stress, and lack of education. Hence though all these conditions may be linked to poverty.

To be useful, such primary data needs to be analyzed. Sphinx software which is a personal computer-based analysis software will be useful to establish a relationship between variables. Data thus collected from different forms of interviews and questionnaires would be analyzed by the use of scales like Likert scales and Semantic Differential scales.

Liberal feminism is the type most identified with the civil rights movement of the 1950s and 1960s. They work under the radar and are usually unseen and unrecognized by the society, but a social worker's job is valuable if the ultimate aim is to provide support and assistance for people who need them the most, the elderly and the children. It may be a fact that social workers usually come into the life of a person when they are unusually low.

However, over the period of time, there has been an intense intellectual debate as to how the leadership comes from and what are the characteristics which are required to be in a good leader. Racism breeds a lack of opportunity for minorities and is the reason about as many black men are in prison as they attend college today.  The lack of opportunity in the educational system in addition to a great disparity of black men in prisons, both the product of a racist society, accounts for the reason as many black men are in colleges as incarcerated.

No country in the world can claim to have escaped the rising levels of globalization and even a country which is supposed to be as powerful and rich as America is facing an ever-widening divide between the very rich and the very poor (Baldwin, 2006). Globalization and the process of globalization will create winners and losers but those who can understand the process, accept the changes which are coming.    

Many parents, students, and school administration would argue that, no, students are not as safe as they should be. Monitoring cases could further help in clearing out the extras. Timely monitoring of inmates to judge their progress can divert some of them into various other programs while making way for the fresh inmates.
