The candidate should prove himself to posses these through his dressing and communication style. He should have the abilities and knowledge to be an important part of the organization. The person is expected to demonstrate the set of skills that will enable him in managing the local workforce along with managing and restricting the amount of knowledge to be transmitted through the formal as well a the informal (Gareth & Charles, 2005) organization (or even grapevine).
