Performance management is a system related to the performance of the organization. Organization performance can be achieved by activities that contribute to the effective management of individual workers and groups. Performance appraisal is an integral part of performance management. The focus of the performance appraisals is on individual employees and how effectively and efficiently they contribute to performance management. The data gathered by using appraisals can lead to a better understanding of the employees as an.

In basic terms, this approach is about to create an equal playing field for all the citizens of its country. This means that each and every capable person should have equal employment opportunity without any discrimination relating to physical or mental ability, any medical condition, age, race, color and so on. Performance management is a system related to the performance of the organization. Organization performance can be achieved by activities that contribute to the effective management of individual workers and groups.

Performance appraisal is an integral part of performance management. The focus of the performance appraisals is on individual employees and how effectively and efficiently they contribute to performance management. The data gathered by using appraisals can lead to a better understanding of the employees as effective performance management requires excellent communication between employees and employers. With the help of appraisals, it can be ensured that employees are doing the work to the best of their abilities in order to meet performance expectations while fulfilling organization goals.

Performance appraisal also helps in evaluating the problems that employees face in their work.
